Working as an extension of the RIAT team, PinPoint Media has lead across Marketing and Social Media for the past 2 years bringing to life the vision of their Marketing Director.

The Brief

RIAT briefed us to take their marketing ‘to the next level’ with a 360 marketing campaign including social media, paid digital advertising, traditional out of home & digital out of home.

The Challenge

RIAT wanted to expand their reach to new audiences without alienating their current one. This meant finding the balance between reminding legacy fans of what they love about the event whilst also hero-ing the new elements to attract new audiences.

The Outcome

We created a full 360 plan for RIAT. Last year we successfully launched their TikTok channel and ran both paid and organic social media activity.

 

In 2022, the airshow was a total sell out for the first time in its history, netting over £5m worth of ticket sales. After a successful year, RIAT renewed with us (PinPoint Media) for the 2023 airshow. So far this year, we have generated more ticket sales than 2022 and as a result of this, we are expecting RIAT to sell out again this year.
