Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by PinPoint Media to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
PinPoint Media is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, child labour, and human trafficking.
We recognise that modern slavery is a serious global issue and that all businesses have a responsibility to help identify, prevent, and address risks within their operations and supply chains.
Our Business
PinPoint Media is a media and marketing business providing services to clients across the UK and beyond.
Our work may include strategy, creative production, digital marketing, media planning, advertising, content creation, campaign management, website and digital services, and related marketing support.
We work with employees, contractors, freelancers, suppliers, technology providers, media partners, professional advisers, and other third-party service providers to deliver our services.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains primarily consist of professional and business services. These may include:
Freelance and contractor support
Creative, production, and design services
Technology, software, and digital platforms
Media, advertising, and publishing partners
Professional services
Office, facilities, and operational suppliers
We expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our Policies and Standards
PinPoint Media is committed to maintaining appropriate policies and procedures to support ethical business conduct and responsible sourcing.
Our approach is supported by internal standards and processes relating to recruitment, supplier engagement, workplace conduct, and the reporting of concerns.
We expect everyone working with or on behalf of PinPoint Media to uphold high standards of integrity and to treat people fairly, lawfully, and respectfully.
Due Diligence
We take a proportionate and risk-based approach to supplier due diligence.
Where appropriate, we may assess suppliers and business partners before and during our relationship with them. This may include considering the nature of the services provided, the location of the supplier, the use of subcontractors, and any potential labour-related risks.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action where a supplier or business partner fails to meet our standards. This may include requesting further information, requiring remedial action, suspending work, or ending the relationship.
Risk Assessment
PinPoint Media considers the risk of modern slavery within its direct operations to be low, given the nature of our business and the professional services environment in which we operate.
However, we recognise that risks may exist in wider supply chains, particularly where services involve outsourced labour, production, logistics, facilities, or suppliers operating in higher-risk sectors or jurisdictions.
We will continue to monitor our business relationships and review our approach to modern slavery risk as our business develops.
Training and Awareness
We aim to ensure that relevant team members are aware of modern slavery risks and understand the importance of ethical working practices.
Employees and contractors are encouraged to raise any concerns about modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or unethical conduct within our business or supply chains.
Reporting Concerns
PinPoint Media encourages anyone who has concerns about modern slavery or unethical labour practices connected to our business to report them promptly.
Concerns can be raised directly with a manager, senior member of the business, or through any relevant internal reporting process.
We will take all concerns seriously and will investigate and respond appropriately.
Ongoing Commitment
PinPoint Media is committed to continually improving its approach to identifying and managing modern slavery risks.
We will continue to review our policies, supplier relationships, and internal processes to ensure they remain appropriate and effective.
This statement has been approved by the management of PinPoint Media and will be reviewed annually.
