PinPoint Media Acquires DTC Paid Media & Creative Agency, NOVA+

Co-founded in 2020 by Anton Gabb, NOVA+ specialises in Paid Media, UGC and Influencer Marketing for direct-to-consumer brands. Noticing a gap in the market for an agency that caters to startup DTC brands, Anton launched NOVA+ with the mission to guide brands from initial stages to scaling and beyond.

Current NOVA+ clients include Nyetimber, OTO Wellbeing, Blank Street, Dry Drinker, Hair By Sam McKnight, Planthood, Knoops, and Spacemade. With a team across the UK and South Africa, NOVA+ has boosted sales for brands and in-platform revenue, such as drydrinker.com by 31%, and Elizabeth Scarlett, increasing conversions by 130% over 6 months.

This is one of the first, but not the last, strategic acquisitions for the data-driven content marketing agency, PinPoint Media, which has seen significant growth of late due in part to the demand for hyper-personalised, performance-driven content delivered across social platforms and marketing campaigns.

The acquisition will result in PinPoint Media open a new Shoreditch office in London as of January 2024, alongside the establishment of an increased presence and staffing in both Cape Town, South Africa and Manchester UK.
