Increased Average Order Value By +39.5%, Prime Time Beers
The Brief
Prime Time Beers approached Pinpoint Media to manage their performance creative, paid social, and paid search campaigns. The primary goal for the first half of the year was to support their launch in Waitrose Supermarkets, while adapting the campaign throughout the year to drive growth and brand awareness.
The Challenge
As a new brand, Prime Time Beers faced the challenge of raising awareness about their product, ethos, and the benefits of low-calorie beer as a better alternative. With the founders having strong influencer networks, the focus was on identifying new and diverse audience segments to build a stable revenue stream and foster a loyal customer base.
The Outcome
By launching performance creative on Meta, we successfully identified new audience segments and grew an engaged, loyal fan base. We created ad sets for top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel audiences to capture as many customers as possible within the available ad spend.
Using Citrus ads during the Waitrose launch and beyond provided additional touchpoints when customers were browsing online. With Pinpoint Media’s targeted approach, we achieved a 39.59% increase in average order value (AOV) and a 29.51% decrease in cost per click (CPC), driving both higher sales and more efficient ad spend.
