CIISec Live 2022 Conference

The Brief
The Chartered Institute of Information Security organises an annual conference for key leaders, global speakers, industry influencers across the cyber industry, academia, government and law enforcement. Delegates come together to share knowledge and drive innovation each year.
PinPoint were appointed 12 weeks out from the 2022 event and rapidly worked to resolve venue issues, manage event sponsors, speakers, delegates and provide total event management and production.
The Challenge
With 12 weeks prior to the event it was an incredibly tight timeline. We assisted their team with setting up a ticketing solution, venue liaison and management, speaker, sponsor and delegate management, execution of a social media marketing strategy & creation of content for event promotion, a full venue branding plan, dedicated exhibitors area and organisation of all event production.
The Outcome
The event took place across 3 days and received nothing short of excellent reviews with 100% of attendees reporting that they would recommend the event to a colleague. The event has even been featured as a ‘must attend’ cybersecurity conference by MSN and TechRadar Pro in their ‘top tech conferences guide for 2023’. PinPoint are now appointed as CIISEC’s event partner and manage all event management for their event portfolio and are planning a bigger and better 2023 CIISEC Live already.
