Ticketmaster Sport needed a video to announce the launch of a revolutionary technology-based offering that would transform the customer experience for both clients and live sport fans. It had to help Mark Yovich, the President of Ticketmaster International, convey a sense of excitement, build anticipation within the industry and be filmed at the home of England Rugby, Twickenham Stadium.
The video had to be simple, succinct and include animation that could explain quickly how this new technology platform would improve Ticketmaster’s service. It also required a detailed autocue script to keep the messaging on point and on brand without bombarding viewers with unnecessary tech-talk and industry jargon.
Before filming began, our design team worked with Ticketmaster to create a script that delivered all of the key messages and communicated the new technology’s commercial advantages. At the same time, our animators drew up a selection of different concepts to visualise the technology and get across its key advantages and benefits.
These were reviewed by the client before choosing their preferred concept and joining us at Twickenham to make the video.
