The Brief

The Macular Society provides resources and support to people with macular conditions. They wanted a video focused on the use of devices like magnifiers, computers, phones and large-print products to help with everyday tasks.

The Challenge

Being diagnosed with macular degeneration can be daunting and it was important for the video to reassure watchers and not bombard them with overly scientific language.

Through a well-written script and use of both an actor and voiceover we aimed to provide a personable, informative and practical video rather than one that was overly complex.

The Outcome

Our team produced a video, which is able to reassure those recently diagnosed and walk them through techniques they can use to help with their everyday life.
